AALB Partners Americans Against Language Barriers
Partner portal

The working home of your AALB partnership.

Assessment, interpreters, translation, compliance. Each partnership is set up around its own signed agreement, and this is where your team and ours carry it out together, with nothing lost to email threads.

Partnership programs

Language access, handled properly.

Some of the ways institutions work with AALB. Scope, stages, and fees follow each institution's own agreement, so a partnership is shaped around what you actually need.

Interpreter Quality Evaluation

Qualification assessment for medical interpreters, ASL and trilingual interpreters, and bilingual staff, measured against federal standards. For institutions that need language access they can document and defend.

Professional Interpretation and Translation Services

Qualified interpreters for appointments, on site or remote, and document translation handled to the same standard. Drawn from a register of professionals whose training and credentials have been verified.

Language Compliance Consultation

Your language access plan reviewed against Section 1557, Title VI, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, with the gaps written down, prioritized, and translated into a plan your leadership can act on.

Something else?

This is not the whole list, and the useful conversations usually start with a problem rather than a program. Tell us what your institution is facing and we will tell you plainly whether we can help.

What partners get inside the portal

Your own stages

Your workspace is built from your signed agreement, so the stages you see are the ones your institution actually agreed to. No two partnerships are assumed to run the same way.

One place for the paperwork

Onboarding questions, policy documents, and the contacts AALB works with, all saved as you go and visible to both sides. Nothing lives in an email thread.

Progress you can see

Every stage shows where it stands and what opens next, so your team always knows whose turn it is and what AALB is waiting on.

Partnerships are set up by AALB from an executed services agreement. If your institution is exploring one, write to contact@aalb.org.
