Bilingual Employee Language Proficiency Evaluation
A standardized, human-scored evaluation of spoken language proficiency for employees who communicate with patients directly in the patient's language. One standard for every patient-facing role, from providers to front desk, and every result is decided by qualified human raters.
Professional Interpretation and Translation Services
Qualified interpreters for appointments, on site or remote, and document translation handled to the same standard. Drawn from a register of professionals whose training and credentials have been verified.
Language Compliance Consultation
Your language access plan reviewed against Section 1557, Title VI, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, with the gaps written down, prioritized, and translated into a plan your leadership can act on.
